I'm Being Copied By Blake Lively & Leo Dicaprio

When I planned my vacation to Italy little did I know that famed internet-troll Blake Lively would be stalking my every decision! The thought occurred to me the other day when she was snapped with Leo in Venice, but now that they've been spotted hanging out at the Teatro Romano in Verona I know it to be true! That's them on the left, and the shot on the right I took and would be what's directly behind Leo in that shot.

I immediately recognized where they were since I was there just a couple of weeks ago. Stalkers! Hey Blake, if you're still listening, I hope y'all have the common sense to swing up to the mountains after this at least. If you're gonna copy me, copy the best part of my trip.And if you're still still listening, stop leaking naked pictures of yourself. No matter how hard you try, all anybody's looking for in Green Lantern are Ryan Reynolds' boobs, not yours!

How sweet of Jake to slip on his slinkiest running gear and hightail in my direction, tongue wagging, once he heard I was back. He's good people, and I'll make sure he's commended for it. As you the rest of you, hi and junk. Italy was a whirlwind of spires and ruins and horsemeat, and it was grand, thanks for asking. Now can you tell me some stuff I might've missed? I feel so out of it.

Anybody Know Anything About Northern Italy?

We're taking our vacation there this year and I'm completely overwhelmed right now, looking at options for stuff to do. Help me! You guys have always been so wonderful with recs in the past.

 

Here's the sitch (eww I said sitch): We're flying into Milan but probably only staying there the first day. From there I'm thinking Venice for a couple of days, and then probably up to one of the lakes near/in the mountains (Garda?), since we loved the Swiss side of the Alps so so so much. But not sure exactly where yet. Any recs? We're not looking to party - we're looking for views. Nature and shit. The Alps fulfilled the need for scene-spectacle perfectly last time.

Or even if y'all know of good resources you'd recommend to help me figure it out myself. Guide books y'all like, or websites, or any good travel shows - I fell in love with lushy, giddy Samantha Brown when I was figuring out our Swiss trip so I'm downloading her special on Italy right now. She makes me happy.

We've still got several weeks before we leave, so no doubt I'll ask again before then. And thanks for anything ya got, as always!
