Plot:
At the age of six, Vaishnavi develops immense interest and faith in “Mata Vaishno Devi”. She starts taking a keen interest in knowing about mata, learning about her teachings and preaching. She discreetly learns about mata from Panditji, reads scriptures on her own and gets clarifications from Abdul (a learned Muslim who carried people on his back to the shrine). Vaishnavi starts showing signs of being a super–normal child. She preaches about mata, sings Jagrata, and motivates people to follow mata and in doing so, rescues people from pain and misery, all of which are seen as miracles by the masses. Vaishnavi becomes immensely popular in the area. Vaishnavi, Gulfham (son of Abdul) and Sunakshi up grow together and turn into different individuals. Vaishnavi turns out to be spiritual, philosophical and a concerned social person and is termed as ‘Katra ki Beti”.
